On Thursday, August 15, 2024, PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (MLCI) held the President Director Forum, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey with the handover of duties between Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama, former President Director of MLCI, and Mr. Yasuaki Miyaoka, the new President Director of MLCI.
Held in the Sakura Room, T Floor, Plaza Bank Index, the event was attended by all Division Heads, Deputy Division Heads, and Unit Heads from the Head Office. The event was moderated by Mr. Dandy Kusuma, Corporate Secretary of MLCI.
Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama opened the event with a speech reflecting optimism and confidence that MLCI will continue to move forward, despite facing various challenges. His message emphasized that MLCI has a strong foundation to keep growing in the future.
Next, Mr. Yasuaki Miyaoka delivered his inaugural speech as the new President Director of MLCI. He highlighted the importance of upholding integrity, professionalism, and collaboration within the company, and reaffirmed his commitment to leading MLCI toward stronger and more dynamic growth. At the end of his speech, Mr. Miyaoka expressed his hope that all employees will continue to work together harmoniously, united by a common goal, to realize MLCI's vision to its fullest potential.
Mr. Denny Dilham, Executive Director of MLCI, also expressed his appreciation to Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama for his leadership over the past six years. He also warmly welcomed Mr. Yasuaki Miyaoka and encouraged the entire team to synergize under the new leadership, which is grounded in integrity and a clear vision.
The main event was the symbolic handover of the logo, marking the official transition of duties from Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama to Mr. Yasuaki Miyaoka. This ceremony formally signified the beginning of a new era of leadership at MLCI.
