An Indonesian citizen, she graduated in 2001 from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, Jakarta, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2003, she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Professional Experience:
She is a seasoned Human Capital professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, and talent management within the banking sector. Her career began at HSBC (2005–2017), where she held various roles, with her last position being Vice President – HR Business Partner for Wholesale Banking. She then joined Bank BTPN (now known as SMBC Indonesia) as Senior Vice President – Head of Talent, Performance, and Organization Design (2017–2021). In 2021, she continued her professional journey at Bank Mandiri, serving as Head of Organization Development until 2024.

Appointment and Responsibilities:
She has served as Chief of Human Capital & CRM since 2025, with responsibility for overseeing Human Capital Strategy, Human Capital Operations, and Customer Relationship Management functions across the Company.

Independence:
She has no affiliation with other members of the Executive Management, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, or the majority and/or controlling shareholders.

Ivan Yogiansyah

Chief of Credit & Collection

An Indonesian citizen. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2004.

Professional Experience:
He has 20 years of experience in the financing industry, particularly in credit and credit risk management. His career includes roles at PT Astra Sedaya Finance as Fleet Credit Analyst for the Commercial Business Division (2005–2009), and at PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance in several strategic positions, such as Head of Credit Fleet Operation (2009–2016), Head of Car Credit Operation (2016–2017), and Head of Credit Operation & Development (2017–2018). He later joined PT Mandiri Utama Finance as Credit & Risk Fleet Division Head (2018–2020), and subsequently served as Fleet & Retail Productive Credit Division Head (2022–2025).

Appointment and Responsibilities:
He was appointed for his first term of office as Chief of Credit & Collection in 2025, with responsibilities covering the supervision and direction of all activities within the Retail Credit, Corporate & Commercial Credit, Credit Operation, Retail Collection & Recovery, and Account Solution Divisions.
