The following is an explanation of the types and calculations of applicable fines:

1. Fines on Installments

This fine is imposed if the consumer is late in making installment payments according to the specified due date.

• Amount of fine: 0.2% of the amount of overdue installments per day of lateness.

The calculation is made from the first day of lateness until the date the payment is received by the company.

2. Contract Termination Penalty (Early Repayment)

This fine is imposed if the consumer makes early termination before the contract period ends.

• Amount of fine: 5% of the outstanding principal at the time of repayment.

This provision refers to the contents of the Consumer Financing Agreement and may differ depending on the type of financing product.
