Cooperation with the Ministry of Home Affairs To Improve Services to the PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia Customers
JAKARTA, March 29, 2019 - PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (MLCI) along with other 17 companies signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) to utilize the Population Registration Number (PRN), population data and Electronic ID (KTP).
The signing process of collaboration was attended by Minister of Home Affairs Tjahjo Kumolo, in the event MLCI was represented by Gen Horie as President Director and Ricky Irawan as Director of Operation. Meanwhile the Dukcapil Directorate was represented by the Director General of Population and Civil Registration; Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, SH, MH. The event was also attended by several echelon I and II officials in the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
MLCI expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the Directorate General of Civil Registration because it enthusiastically opened cooperation with various parties, especially finance companies in the term of using population data.
This agreement signing is an initial stage which will be continued with the next stages for technical implementation from both parties.
This is a manifestation of MLCI's commitment to continuously improve the service quality to all customers. The population data utilization is part of the application of the prudential principle in financing business and to verify the validity of the identity of prospective Debtors for financing purposes, this collaboration can be expected to have a positive impact on minimize credit risks on future.
