Financial Literation Webinar 2022 Semester I: Financial Management : Understanding Financing Company Business

Jakarta - In compliance to OJK Regulation no.76/2016 about the Development of Financial Literation and Inclusion in the Financing Services Sector, PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia has held a Financial Literation Webinar as part of the effort to heighten society’s understanding on products and/or services in the financing services sector. The Webinar was held on Saturday, the 25th of June 2022 and was the first financial literation event we have done this year.

The theme of this webinar is “Financial Management & Understanding Financing Company Business”. Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama gave the opening speech. Bapak Dandy Kusuma and Bapak Andrian Kurniawan acted as the speakers for this event. Accordingly, the topics discussed includes: the needs of financial management, proper financial mindset, investment alternatives, financial companies, whistle blowing system, etc. We also briefly introduced PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia to the audience.

A total of 57 college and high school students from around DKI Jakarta area participated in the Webinar. They were given chances to ask questions on the topics, played games, and won prizes. We also gave out participation certificates. Hopefully the Webinar gave them awareness on the importance of financial knowledges in everyday lives.
