PT Mitsui Leasing Celebrates Indonesia's 79th Independence Day with Diverse Competitions and Traditional Costume Performance
In celebration of Indonesia's 79th Independence Day, PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (MLCI) held a series of activities that embodied the spirit of unity and cultural diversity. These activities involved all MLCI employees and management, strengthening the bonds among all elements of the company.
On August 15-16, 2024, MLCI hosted a series of captivating competitions across all branches. These events not only offered entertainment but also reinforced the collective spirit among employees. The activities, which included word matching, ping pong ball relays, put nail into a bottle games, balloon snake games, and more, were enthusiastically participated in by both individuals and teams.
All of these activities were filled with excitement, along with laughter and cheers, that enlivened the atmosphere. The involvement of management in the competitions, who mingled with the other employees, reflected the spirit of togetherness and inclusive leadership at MLCI.
The celebration at the Head Office became even more special as all employees wore traditional attire on August 16, 2024, as a tribute to Indonesia's rich cultural diversity. The Best Costume Competition held that day also provided a form of appreciation to employees who displayed the best costumes, with three winners entitled to receive attractive prizes.
The prizes were personally presented to the winners by Mr. Yasuaki Miyaoka, President Director of MLCI, accompanied by Mr. Denny Dilham, Executive Director of MLCI, and Mr. Kristian Ong, Director of MLCI.
The event concluded with a parade costume led by the Board of Directors of MLCI, circling the floor of T Plaza Bank Index. With great enthusiasm and pride, all employees unified in singing “Hari Merdeka”, reaffirming PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia's commitment to preserving and celebrating the spirit of independence that remains integral to every aspect of the company.
