MLCI National Working Meeting: Stepping Together Toward Success in 2024

Jakarta - PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (MLCI) held its Year-End National Working Meeting, at Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta on Wednesday, December 13th 2023. The event aimed to align and achieve the Company's strategic goals, namely by launching a business evolution to strengthen the business & credit foundation to achieve medium and long-term profitability, productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.

The National Working Meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, Chief Transformation Officer, Division Heads, Branch Managers, Deputy Division Heads, and Unit Heads from the head office and all MLCI branch offices in Indonesia. This event became a forum for MLCI to unite the vision and mission of all company units to run the business in the coming year.

The President Director of MLCI, Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama, opened the event with his enthusiastic speech to welcome the new year. In his speech, Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama not only addressed the strategic goals of the 2024 business plan, but also invited all MLCI employees to continue to maintain their spirit and synergy.

"The year 2024 is not just about numbers and targets. It’s about how we step up together and conduct business with great enthusiasm and synergy for success in the upcoming year," said Mr. Naoyuki Akiyama with optimism.

The event continued with the presentation of MLCI's 2024 business plan by Mr. Denny Dilham as MLCI's Executive Director and Mr. Takao Aoyama as MLCI's Marketing Director. Both provided an in-depth understanding of the business plan.

To provide a deeper understanding, an interactive Q&A session was held between the Board of Directors and participants of the National Working Meeting. Nine participants representing each table were given the opportunity to ask questions and develop a dynamic dialog atmosphere.

The inauguration in the form of signing the business plan became an important momentum in this event. The Board of Directors, Chief Transformation Officer, Division Heads, Branch Managers, Deputy Division Heads, and Unit Heads of MLCI jointly affirmed their approval and commitment to the 2024 business plan by signing the 2024 business plan board.

Before the event ended, participants were entertained with a percussion and a sing-along performance. This entertainment not only sweetened the end of the event, but also provided an opportunity for participants to relax and enjoy a moment of togetherness towards the end of the year.
